Delivery
By placing an order on our site, you accept our general delivery conditions. Our team will process your order within 3 to 5 business days. Orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day. We do not provide deliveries during public holidays.
Once shipped, international orders are typically delivered within 14 business days.
If there is a delay in processing your order, please check the tracking information provided in the order confirmation email. Paradox Brussels cannot be held responsible for delays at the carrier or customs level.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and with its original label. After examination, products which do not comply with these rules will be returned to you at your expense.
Return packages are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund
The refund only includes your order and not the delivery costs. This will be done on the card used during purchase.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is issued.
