Returns are free from mainland Belgium.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories included and tags still attached (personalized items cannot be returned).

You may combine items from different orders into a single return package, provided they were placed using the same customer account and you follow the instructions below.

Exchanges are not available on our website.

If you would like a different size, style, or color, we invite you to return your item and place a new order.

Good news: the shipping costs for ordering a new size will be covered by us. To benefit from this, simply click the “CONTACT US” button below so we can refund the shipping fees for your new order.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your Paradox Brussels account.

The delivery time is indicated during checkout. Depending on the country you are located in, delivery times may vary.
